And now we are looking for The storekeeper, able to strengthen the team.

Responsibilities:

• Performing physical acceptance of inventory items (hereinafter referred to as inventory items), and conducting reconciliation

• Carrying out loading and unloading operations for acceptance to the warehouse and shipment of goods from the warehouse

• Performing work on the rational storage and placement of goods in a warehouse (in premises and on sites), taking into account their characteristics, storage conditions and frequency of handling

• Performing work on the correct and prompt registration of acceptance data in accounting systems used in the Company

• Ensuring the physical safety of goods from damage, theft, intentional or accidental damage

• Compliance with established storage methods (in bulk, in racks, pallets, containers, refrigerators, etc.) for different types of goods.

• Compliance with the required storage conditions (temperature, humidity, light, sanitary), depending on the specifics of the stored goods

• Organization of maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse

• Participation in planned and unscheduled inventory of goods and services

• Timely and high-quality performance of vacation (shipment) work Goods from the warehouse according to the requests/invoices

• Efficiently and timely carry out transportation of goods (inside the warehouse, between warehouses,)

• Prompt entry of data into accounting systems on acceptance and shipment of goods

Tasks for the adaptation period

• Execution of procedures "Procedure for entry and exit of personnel to the warehouse" "Acceptance and storage of finished products, raw materials and supplies in the warehouse" "Procedure for delivery of raw materials and materials from the warehouse and return after use" in the warehouse of the production site
• Ensure accurate (without errors and in full) registration in 1C of data on goods received at the warehouse and delivered to production or shipped to third-party organizations
• To ensure on a daily basis the removal of solid waste from the territory of the production site of ARTSELLENS LLC in Technopolis in accordance with the requirements established by the company
• Ensure that loading and unloading operations of incoming and outgoing goods are carried out in accordance with production needs

• Work experience at the pharm production warehouse. production or farm. the distributor
• Ability to work in ERP systems, ability to communicate with related departments
• Knowledge of financial documents for receiving materials and documentation for issuing materials
• Ability to work in 1C; Knowledge of 1C:ERP
• Availability of a category B tractor driver's license

• From 9:00 - 18:00 a five-day working week, for the period of probation. Next 2/2 from 8:00 to 20:00
