The leading engineer is a metrologist

We are PROMOMED Group of Companies, an innovative full–cycle Russian pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, production and promotion of prescription and over-the-counter drugs in socially important therapeutic areas: oncology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, mental health, musculoskeletal system health.

And now we are looking for A leading metrologist engineer, capable of strengthening the team.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and performance of verification/calibration of measuring instruments, certification of test equipment and verification of indicators

• Development of standard operating procedures (techniques) for calibration of measuring instruments and measuring systems, programs and methods for certification of test equipment, as well as operating instructions for metrological equipment of the Enterprise

• Participation in the preparation of measurement requirements (URS) for applications for the selection and purchase of new measuring equipment, conducting a metrological examination of technical documentation

• Compiling a list of basic and replaceable sets of measuring instruments, test equipment, indicators, and keeping records of them

• Development and updating of the verification/calibration schedule

• Interaction with structural divisions within the organization of metrological support of the Enterprise

  Tasks for the period of adaptation

• Study the QMS documentation of your area of responsibility — policies, quality guidelines, standards, journals

• To develop operating instructions for new units of metrological equipment

• Update the verification/calibration schedule in accordance with the current list of equipment at the Alabushevo site

• To develop a program and methodology for certification of laboratory autoclaves

Requirements:

• Higher technical, secondary specialized
• Work experience as a metrologist, a leading metrologist engineer in the pharmaceutical industry, is welcome

• Working with measuring equipment: calibrators, multimeters, pH meters, conductometers, anemometers, tachometers, etc.)

• Understanding the principles of standardization of measurement accuracy

• Knowledge of methods for calculating error (uncertainty) for various types of measurements

• Understand the design features and operating principles of measuring instruments

• Ability to apply GMP requirements in practice when working in clean rooms

• Compliance with labor protection, industrial and fire safety requirements

• English level A2

• Active communication, critical thinking, and learning ability.
