Veterinary Manager

And now we are looking for A veterinary manager who can strengthen the team.

What you have to do in this role:

• Scientific and medical support for sales and marketing managers (promotion of the company's drugs, creation, correction and approval of POS materials, preparation of responses to objections, formation of a database of scientific information on the company's products);

• Participation in the development and implementation of a medical strategy and a plan for the development of drugs from the company's portfolio;

• Formation and development of a base of opinion leaders, development and implementation of short- and long-term plans for the company's cooperation with opinion leaders;

• Involvement of external experts in the exchange of medical and scientific information in the field of veterinary medicine during individual and group interactions, demonstrating excellent scientific and clinical knowledge;

• Developing and conducting trainings for the sales team, distributors and practitioners on the company's drugs, scientific and veterinary topics;

• Effective, regular and proactive interaction with the cross-functional team;

• Planning and organizing the company's participation in scientific and educational events (congresses, webinars, etc.) together with marketing managers. Provision of presentations by specialists, preparation of presentation materials for speeches by opinion leaders;

• Support of activities aimed at the formation of an evidence base, assistance in data collection and identification of opportunities for the formation of an evidence base;

• Preparation of a scientific publication plan together with the company's drug marketing department, preparation of articles and publications in accordance with the publication plan;

• Preparation of a post-registration research plan together with the medical department and opinion leaders, monitoring and implementation of the research plan;

• Organization and holding of expert councils, round tables for the development of the company's portfolio;

• Preparation of a medical expert assessment of candidate drugs for the company's development plan;

• Search, systematization and analysis of scientific literature for the development of the company's portfolio;

• Systematic improvement of veterinary expertise, knowledge of the Company's products and knowledge of the competitive environment;

• Responding to the requests of the Company's employees in accordance with the procedure and within the limits of their official competencies.

We expect from the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Willingness to travel at least 40% of the working time;
• Deep knowledge of veterinary medicine and experience in preparing presentations;
• Experience working with scientific literature in Russian and foreign languages.
