Since the beginning of 2022, more than sixty new employees have joined the Biochemist team, 80% of them are representatives of working professions.: locksmiths, apparatchiks, adjusters, stackers of medical products and others. Promomed Group of Companies increases the attractiveness of working professions for young people by opening new modern vacancies and making work at the plant more attractive for graduates of vocational schools.

The development of the enterprise and the production of original innovative medicines dictate the need for specialists with relevant competencies at all levels of production.
Promomed Group conducts systematic work with potential employees, striving to participate in the education of future specialists at all stages of training. The successful practice of cooperation with vocational and technical educational institutions has shown its effectiveness. The management of JSC Biochemik looks more broadly and focuses on training the personnel reserve, starting from school, building a well-established system of cooperation, supporting and engaging talented children from the sixth grade.
Secondary school No. 27 became the launching pad for cooperation. The company has equipped the technology class with modern carpentry equipment. Now the usual lessons will reach a new level: students will gain practical knowledge and master their work specialties in an ergonomic and safe environment.
