Promomed Group of Companies' program for schoolchildren and students has been launched: "Biochemist: take an inside look at modern pharmaceuticals"

The Biochemist plant (part of Promomed Group of Companies) hosted schoolchildren in its workshops on the eve of the start of the school year. The participants of the first tour followed the route "Transfarmation. The Path of the Molecule", which opened the Promomed Group's industrial tourism program - "Biochemist: look inside at modern pharmaceuticals".

The company was one of the first in the region to express its interest in showing the secrets of modern manufacturing to teenagers and young people thinking about their professional future in pharmaceuticals, and supported the initiative of the Government of the Republic of Mordovia to develop industrial tourism in the region.
The excursion program, which includes a package of thematic excursions, is designed for high school students and students of specialized specialties, contains information about the history and modernity of the enterprise with interactive elements, visits to existing production sites, and familiarization with laboratories.
The children of the company's employees were the first to test the industrial tourism route – the company is proud of its factory dynasties and welcomes their new members.
In September 2021, two more excursions are planned for schoolchildren in specialized areas. The Transfarmation route. The Path of the molecule" provides an opportunity to look at the work of the enterprise from the inside. In real time, in real production, the participants of the tour witness the origin of the drug from the molecule to the finished form.
At each point of the route, the young guests are greeted by station staff who show how everything really happens and talk about their work.
"We have something to be proud of, and we decided to show the young people the plant as it really is," says Dmitry Zemskov, Executive Director of Biochemist JSC. – If we want our production to be popular and our work at Biochemistry to be fashionable, we need to be honest and open, in the truest sense of the word. After visiting us, young people will be able to consciously decide on their profession. For Biochemist, this is a good chance to find contact with future employees."
