And now we are looking for A business development manager who is able to strengthen the team.
What you have to do in this role:
- Strategic formation of the Company's product pipeline. Systematic search for new products and identification of portfolio development directions within both current leadership areas and new directions.
- Identification of products and evaluation of licensing opportunities/joint or independent development of products and technologies both in the segment of commercially interesting generics/improved generics and combinations, as well as innovative drugs to fill the Company's portfolio in the near future.
- Building relationships with potentially strategic partners for the implementation of business development projects, supporting the partnership at its main stages.
- Managing due diligence procedures and negotiations, as well as coordinating such activities with relevant functions in the Company in order to conclude a transaction.
- Constant monitoring of the domestic and global market, identification of development trends and "hot niches" for the growth and launch of new drugs in accordance with the trends and direction of market movement.
- Active search for products and partners for licensing drugs and technologies (locally, in the literature, online, at international exhibitions and conferences).
- Preparation of documentation necessary for initiating cooperation and conducting a project for a transaction in conjunction with other divisions of the Company.
- Initial independent scientific and commercial evaluation of projects.
- Medical, marketing, financial and economic analysis of the potential of the found drugs/technologies, formation and protection of business cases.
- Participation in negotiations at the local and international levels.
- Project management at different stages of development.
- Compilation and maintenance of summary lists on the status of all projects in progress, tracking deadlines for readiness and implementation.
- Tasks for the adaptation period
- Offering at least 3 new drugs to be included in the Company's portfolio for each therapeutic area: oncology, endocrinology, autoimmune diseases, rare diseases.
- Organization of cross-functional interaction within the Company and with external contractors for the management of new projects from the initiation stage onwards in the amount of at least 10 projects.
- Building and finalizing financial models/business cases for at least 5 products.
- Preparation of a visit plan and participation in international exhibitions (BIO Europe 2026).
- Understanding the structure and development directions of the pharmaceutical market, its main segments.
- Understanding the principles and realities of therapy for various diseases, the ability to adequately and realistically assess the potential and place in therapy for new products, their need and potential in the face of competitive pressure and the emergence of new drugs in the near future.
- Multitasking, the ability to work structurally in many areas at the same time.
- High analytical abilities, the ability to make informed assumptions and theses based on available data, the ability to explain both the point of view used in the work and the expediency of the chosen approach.
- Creative, exploratory start in work, passion for new things and willingness to work in the absence of instructions and step-by-step guidance
- From 5-7 years as Business Development Manager, Business Development Manager, Strategic Portfolio Planning Manager, Pipeline Manager, Strategic Portfolio Manager.
- Higher medical/biological/biotechnological education. A necessary addition is confident knowledge, skills and experience in commercial analysis of project profitability, cost and income dynamics, measures and ways to optimize them in the format of financial forecasts, financial models of transactions, etc.

English is at least upper-intermediate, the ability to express oneself freely in the domestic and professional spheres.
