Business partner for competence development

We are PROMOMED Group of Companies, an innovative full–cycle Russian pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, production and promotion of prescription and over-the-counter drugs in socially important therapeutic areas: oncology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, mental health, musculoskeletal system health.

And now we are looking for a Business partner in competence development capable of strengthening the team.

What do you have to do:

• To organize educational events is to understand the technologies of forming a methodological base and developing a curriculum.

• Understand the methods of knowledge management.

• Know the common training formats and their features: from short seminars to full-fledged retraining programs.

• Understand how business processes in education work, and know how to set them up.

• Be able to form the infrastructure necessary for training.

• Manage the processes in the study group, understand how to teach ultra-small groups and large audiences, how to activate students, help them master different types of materials.

• Be able to answer difficult questions from the audience, manage stress and establish contact with people.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Higher education – bachelor's degree and additional professional education in professional retraining programs in the field of business training in the field corresponding to the field of professional activity.

Professional skills:

• To be aimed at constant self-development, to have an interest in gaining new knowledge.

• Get to the bottom of things, check the facts, refer to primary sources.

• Proactively request and hear feedback.

• Be prepared for an objective assessment of your knowledge, skills, and level of training.

• Strive to continuously improve their training programs.

• To hear different opinions, including those who express doubt or distrust.

Special criteria/competencies:

• It is recommended to provide professional development in the field of business training in a field appropriate to the field of professional activity once every 2 years. This OTF can be performed in the form of remote work and (or) in the form of combined (remote) work.
