We are opening a new line in the Budget Sales division and are looking for Key Account managers, Oncology, throughout Russia.

What you have to do in this role:
  • Implementation of key performance indicators; timely implementation of marketing tools in the territory of the area of responsibility to increase the level of brand awareness of the company and achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Building and maintaining business relationships with partners – decision makers at the regional level, leading medical institutions, opinion leaders and healthcare professionals;
  • Organization of marketing and medical events;
  • Analysis of the pharmaceutical market of the assigned territory, tracking the tactics of competitors, market conditions.
  • Planning sales and tactical measures to achieve targets.
  • Strict adherence to labor and work discipline; timely reporting
We expect from the candidate:
  • Effective sales skills in the relevant field (solid oncology/oncohematology) with a clear understanding of customer profiles and communication features in highly scientific fields;
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in the relevant segment and the principles of the organization of the Russian healthcare system, trends in the Russian pharmaceutical market (hard skills);
  • Well-developed communication skills (soft skills) for effective positioning of the company's products in front of an external audience (the ability to establish contact with experts and partners; to convey the company's position on key advantages of the product line in a structured manner, etc.), as well as effective cross-functional communication
  • Willingness to pass the assessment within the framework of the recruitment stages
