And now we are looking for Key Account Manager (Veterinary Drugs), who will join the team starting in March 2026.
What you have to do in this role:
- Making daily visits to veterinary clinics and pharmacies, according to the visit plan, in order to inform doctors and other veterinary specialists about the promoted drugs, followed by their purchase;
- Organization of round tables and presentations on the promoted drugs for veterinarians and pharmacists in order to inform the veterinary community about the Company's drugs in close cooperation with regional veterinary medical advisers;

Implementation of long-term planning of their activities, coordination of activity plans and provision of regular activity reports to the head of network sales, coordination of the visit plan;

Creation and replenishment of the customer base in the territory;

Preparation and effective conduct of negotiations with clients, including the formation of a strategy and tactics of negotiations, taking into account the needs and specifics of the client, ensuring the implementation of activities based on the results of negotiations;

Business management in the area of responsibility, including situation analysis, regional development planning, efficient allocation of resources, implementation of a plan for visits to clients, provision of a sales plan for the company and cost of production;

Point of sale management (veterinary clinic, veterinary pharmacy) in the territory of responsibility, segmentation and targeting of points of sale in the territory of responsibility for effective allocation of resources;

Participation in exhibitions, conferences and other social events organized by clinics or distributors in order to promote the Company's products;

Entering activity data in the CRM system in accordance with the criteria of segmentation and targeting of the target audience developed in the Company;

Maintaining a regular financial report on the expenditure of the Company's funds;

Full knowledge of the drug and competitive analysis;

Establishing working contacts with the administration, key specialists of points of sale and regional distributors/sub-distributors. Control over the availability of products in warehouses;

Effective, regular and proactive interaction with a cross-functional team;

Making suggestions for working with clients to marketers and doctors.
We expect from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in veterinary and feed companies will be an advantage);
- Higher veterinary education;
- The experience of successfully launching and promoting new products on the market;
- Experience working with distributors, product deliveries, as well as with points of sale/accounts with product promotion.
