Quality Manager in Medical Research

We are PROMOMED Group of Companies, an innovative full–cycle Russian pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, production and promotion of prescription and over-the-counter drugs in socially important therapeutic areas: oncology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, mental health, musculoskeletal system health.

And now we are looking for A quality manager in medical research, capable of strengthening the team.

What are you going to do?:

• Participation in the development, improvement and implementation of the quality management system (QMS)
• Participation in the creation of standard operating procedures (SOP) and monitoring their compliance
• Development and approval of QMS documents
• Conducting a QMS briefing for Medical Directorate staff
• Keeping up-to-date the list of current regulatory requirements in the field of preclinical research and clinical trials
• Participation in the preparation of a training plan
• Verification of project documentation within the framework of CI for compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable legislation
• Participation in conducting co-monitoring visits of the Study Sponsor
• Participation in the preparation of external audit/audit programs, as well as communicating the audit program to stakeholders
• Preparation of reports on inspections/audits
• Verification and accounting of archival documentation in the framework of preclinical and clinical trials

We expect from the candidate:

• Experience in clinical research in the positions of Quality Manager, Supervisor/Project manager for at least 3 years

• Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, GOST R ISO 14155-2022 (ISO 14155:2020)

• GCP certificate

• Clarity, accuracy, objectivity

• Excellent communication skills within the team

• High activity in work
