What do you have to do:
- Identification of training needs
- Development of training programs, educational materials (presentations, instructions, ...)
- Organization and conduct of face-to-face trainings and webinars
- Administration and development of a distance learning system (based on Moodle): creation and launch of online courses, monitoring of training
- Assessment of the effectiveness of training, collecting feedback. Preparation of training reports

Successful candidate's profile:
- We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in staff training and development. Production is desirable, but not necessary.
- Completed higher education.
- Base: successful experience in self-development of training programs and conducting training webinars and trainings, experience in Moodle administration.
- Experience and skills are an advantage: skills in working with graphic editors, AI tools for creating educational content, experience in participating in assessment events, skills in conducting competency interviews.
- Basic Power Point and Excel (cell formatting, sorting, filters, basic formulas, graphs).
As well as soft skills:
- Multitasking
- Accuracy in handling documents and data
- Ability to work with large amounts of information
