PROMOMED summed up the results of the third stream of the summer internship program at the central office. In 2026, students and graduates of leading Russian universities joined the Company, including the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, I. M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University of the Russian Ministry of Health (Sechenov University), Mendeleev Russian Technical Technical University, HSE and others. The development of the program reflects PROMOMED's systematic approach to working with young specialists and building the human resources potential of the Russian pharmaceutical industry.

The trainees underwent a multi—stage selection process and were distributed across ten structural divisions covering the full cycle of drug production - from clinical and preclinical research to pharmacovigilance, medical information, analytical techniques, business process automation and patent areas. As a result of the program, all participants successfully completed their tasks, and more than half of them accepted offers of further cooperation and transfer to the Company. The rest will continue their studies at universities, while retaining the opportunity to return to PROMOMED at the next stages of their professional career.

For the Company's departments, the internship has become not only an educational, but also a practical personnel project. Supervisors note that interns were quickly involved in work processes, took on analytical and research tasks, participated in structuring data and preparing materials for expert analysis. In a number of teams, their participation helped launch new projects and significantly reduce the workload.

"The key principle of our program is personalization. During the selection process, we tried to ensure that each intern got into exactly the right department and received the tasks that were most important.
they correspond to his professional interests and ambitions. This is the only way to achieve full engagement and full potential. This is a complex but extremely important process, and it would not have been possible without the well-coordinated work of our staff, who invested time and knowledge in each participant. The results of the program are their common merit"

Head of the PROMOMED Development and Training Department

The summer internship program at the Company's headquarters has been developing for the third year in a row. In 2024, the first stream brought together students who started working at the Moscow R&D. This year, the program has grown 4-fold in terms of the number of interns and has expanded in terms of a range of professional areas. This dynamic confirms the interest of young professionals in PROMOMED as an employer that provides an opportunity to start a career in pharmacy during their studies.

Internships are part of PROMOMED's long—term HR strategy aimed at developing a new generation of specialists for the pharmaceutical industry. The company consistently develops educational and career projects at various stages — from early career guidance and school programs to secondary vocational and higher education, internships, internships and subsequent employment.
