With the development of the business, we are expanding the recruitment team and looking for The Manager/A specialist in the recruitment and adaptation of personnel.

What are you going to do?:

  • Conducting a full cycle of recruitment: from the search for candidates to their successful employment;
  • Conducting interviews with candidates, assessing their competencies and values, and providing feedback to hiring managers based on the evaluation results;
  • Preparation of offers and further process of preboarding and onboarding;
  • Support of candidates at all stages of interaction with the company, including the probation period;
  • Participation in projects to attract and develop talents, as well as in creating a bright employer brand;
  • Compliance with high quality standards, which we value and support;
  • Regular reporting on the results of work;
  • Monitoring of the labor market and recruitment trends;
  • Maintaining an external personnel reserve;
  • Optimization of the selection and adaptation process for more efficient work.

Successful candidate's profile:

  • Completed higher education;
  • At least one year of experience in recruitment, preferably in dynamic and rapidly changing companies;
  • Confident knowledge of candidate selection and evaluation methods, as well as an understanding of current trends in HR;
  • Skills of withdrawing a request from the customer. Skills of working with jobboards, the ability to set up search queries. Interviewing skills, at least biographical + determination of motivation. Reporting skills and complete information on the recruitment process in any ATS;
  • As an advantage, experience and skills: behavioral interview on competencies, selling job descriptions, social media search skills.social networks and messengers;
  • Basic Excel for reporting (cell formatting, sorting, filters, basic formulas).
